Payment Options & Financial Assistance for Players

To make registration easier and more accessible, we offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay the full registration fee upfront or secure your spot with a $75 deposit, followed by three equal monthly installments. Register early to take advantage of these options and guarantee your spot for the season.

Pemberton Youth Soccer Association is committed to ensuring that every child can participate in soccer, regardless of financial circumstances. If registration fees or equipment costs are a concern, support is available. Families wishing to discuss fee assistance or special circumstances may contact the PYSA Administrator. All conversations will remain confidential.

Gear Support

Every registered player receives a soccer uniform including a jersey, shorts, and socks thanks to our Timbits sponsorship. The Tim Hortons Timbits Sports Program supports young athletes across Canada and helps ensure that children aged four to eight can enjoy sport in a fun, inclusive environment.

PYSA also offers additional gear support through our annual Gear Swap. Each spring, families are invited to bring outgrown or unused items and exchange them for gear that fits. Participation is welcome even without items to contribute. Take what you need. No cash. Just kindness. It is all about community. Unclaimed gear is kept year-round for families who may need equipment later in the season.

A $6,500 grant from the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation also allows PYSA to purchase new uniforms and essential gear for players requiring extra support.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Local businesses and organizations play an important role in helping PYSA provide accessible, high-quality soccer programs for youth in our community. Sponsors in our Development and Premium tiers can choose a co-branded initiative that aligns with their values and goals.

PYSA encourages sponsors to consider supporting a Community Soccer Scholarship Fund, an initiative designed to expand registration assistance for families in need. Contributions to this fund help ensure that financial barriers never prevent a child from playing soccer.

More information about sponsorship opportunities can be found on our sponsorship program and community initiatives pages.
