Events and Clinics
The Pemberton Youth Soccer Association hosts a range of fun and community-focused events each year, including our annual Jamboree, Gear Swap, and Bike to Soccer Month. These events are designed to support player development, encourage sustainability, and strengthen connections among local families.
Jamboree
Join Us for the Annual Pemberton Youth Soccer Jamboree!
Each year in early May, Pemberton Youth Soccer hosts a high-energy Jamboree weekend for players in the U6 to U12 age groups. This fun-filled event is all about skill-building, teamwork, and making great memories on the field.
We're thrilled to welcome back the talented coaches from the European Football School (EFS) in Vancouver, who will be leading age-specific clinics throughout the weekend. Their passion and expertise bring an exciting, professional edge to the event.
A huge thank-you to our generous sponsor, Pemberton Valley Lodge, for supporting youth soccer in our community!

Each spring, we welcome Bart Choufour back to Pemberton! As the founder of Freedom to Play, Bart brings a player-centered approach that focuses on skill, creativity, and enjoyment. His energy and expertise continue to support our volunteer coaches in developing their skills to better serve our youth.
Bart has led Freedom to Play workshops for PYSA coaches and volunteers. Thanks to everyone who joined us in the past for a great evening of learning and connection!
Wednesday, September 10 and Saturday, September 13.

✔ Leave what you don’t need.
If you have extra gear in good condition, feel free to drop it off for others to use.

ℹ️ What happens to leftover gear?
Any unclaimed items will be held by the Pemberton Youth Soccer Association to support families in need throughout the year or to help stock next year’s event.
The Challenge is Back!
For the third year, we’re challenging Pemberton families to Bike to Soccer between Monday, September 15 – Saturday, October 11. Warm up those soccer muscles, enjoy the fresh air, and build lifelong healthy habits, one pedal stroke at a time!
This year, it’s team vs. team in a virtual race to Kamloops (268 km), with a mega club-wide goal to collectively reach Alaska together (1,350 km).
