Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 - Community Soccer (U5-10)

Our community soccer program is a fun, inclusive, and recreational program designed for players of all skill levels. Focused on enjoyment, teamwork, and skill development, the program provides a supportive environment where kids can stay active, make new friends, and build a love for the game. Whether your child is trying soccer for the first time or just looking to play for fun, our program offers a great way to get involved and enjoy the sport at a relaxed pace.

Please note, though we don’t anticipate any significant issues, schedules are subject to change. We strive to make changes minimally and provide ample notice.

Registration closes: Friday, August 15. Players who express interest after this date will be placed on a waiting list. This allows us to organize rosters, coaching, field allocation & schedules. Welcome to the beautiful game! This is our entry level group. Ideally players are 4yrs old when Soccer starts in September. Exceptions can be made for experienced players.

Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 - Player Development / Competition Programs (U11-U15)

Our developmental soccer program is designed for experienced players who are passionate about the game and eager to take their skills to the next level. These programs are open to both new and returning players. This program offers a more challenging and structured environment focused on technical improvement, tactical awareness, and overall player growth. Players will have the opportunity to compete in league games, both home and away, gaining valuable match experience in a team-focused setting.

Registration closes: Friday, July 18.

Teams participating in the Coastal or Interlock Leagues must be registered by late July, as we are required to submit team rosters to the leagues ahead of the season starting in September. The Fall Season includes the opportunity to compete in the Interlock League within the North Shore Youth Soccer League region. Games take place on weekends and include both home and away matches, with some travel required.

U12 Boys (Birth Year 2014) - $335

6pm - 7:30pm Wednesdays & 11am-12pm Saturdays

U11/12 Girls (Birth Year 2014 / 2015) - $335

5pm - 6:30pm Wednesdays

Opportunity to participate in the Interlock League, with games held on Sundays. Includes both home and away matches, with some travel required.

U13 Boys (Birth Year 2013) - $340

7:30pm - 9pm Wednesdays & 12pm-1pm Saturdays

The Fall Season offers an opportunity to play in the Coastal (Fall) League, part of the North Shore Youth Soccer League. Weekend games include both home and away matches, with some travel required.

U13/14/15 Girls- Community (Birth Year 2011 - 2013) - PENDING - $270

Opportunity to train & play, but not participate in the Coastal League. Training will take place on Wednesdays. Formal details and registration pending. To express your interest, please contact the PYSA admin at pembertonsoccer@gmail.com.

U14 Boys (Birth Year 2012) - $340

7:30pm-9pm Wednesdays & 12pm-1pm Saturdays

Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 - Academy (U10-15)

Coaching

Isabelle Stager & Mackenzie Gray will be leading this program with support from Graham Murphy & Bart Chourfour from Freedom to Play. We are committing to our coaches and an improved coach to player ratio. We are limiting session sizes to 15 players. We will be supporting our coaches with targeted mentoring and training to assist them in maintaining program commitment and thorough preparation throughout the Academy season.

Player expectations & standards

- Players will be punctual & ready to play

- Players will be dressed appropriately in "Academy" gear (jersey provided by PYSA)

- Players will be respectful & follow direction of Coaches

- Players will be respectful of fellow players within their session as well as other sessions

- Horseplay, inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated

- Any transgression of these expectations could result in suspension from the program & impact future enrollment.

We heard your feedback & are confident that your players experience will be improved with PYSA's commitments & clear expectations moving forward.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To make registration easier and more accessible, we offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay the full registration fee upfront or secure your spot with a $75 deposit, followed by three equal monthly installments. Register early to take advantage of these options and guarantee your spot for the season!

TIPS FOR SUCCESS

To ensure the safety of all players, please note the following guidelines from BC Soccer:

Soccer cleats (double knots, please)
Shin guards (must be worn under soccer socks)
Long hair must be tied back
No jewellery (including necklaces, earrings, etc.)
Bring a water bottle (snacks are discouraged on the field and sidelines)
Dress in layers
If your player is sick, please notify your coach so they can adjust the roster accordingly
